To open an account on the acc44 platform and participate in gaming or betting activities, you must be at least 21 years old. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. We may request proof of age documents at any time. Providing a false age will result in immediate account closure and all funds may be forfeited.

Only one acc44 account is permitted per individual, household, or IP address. Attempting to open multiple accounts, or using another person's account, will be treated as a serious violation. In such cases, all accounts will be cancelled and any accumulated bonuses or winnings will be forfeited.

At the time of registration, you must provide your correct and complete personal information — including full name, date of birth, address, and active contact details. It is your responsibility to notify acc44 immediately of any changes to your information. Providing incorrect or misleading information may result in account suspension or cancellation.

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on acc44: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for all methods. Funds deposited must be paid from your own registered account — payments through third parties are not accepted.

The minimum amount for any withdrawal request is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals will only be sent to the payment method used for the deposit, or one that has been verified on your account.

• Withdrawals from bonuses cannot be made until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.
• acc44 reserves the right to carry out additional verification for unusual or suspicious transactions.

All transactions on acc44 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No currency conversion fee applies. However, your mobile banking or bank provider may impose separate charges, for which acc44 is not responsible.

New members on acc44 will receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus giving a total balance of ৳2,200; or a ৳26,000 deposit earns the maximum ৳15,000 bonus giving a total balance of ৳41,000.

The following conditions apply to all bonus offers:

• The bonus is applicable only once on the first deposit.
• The bonus cannot be converted to cash until the wagering requirement has been met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time — if one is active, a new bonus will not apply.
• acc44 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion at its discretion.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is detected, the account will be cancelled and the bonus forfeited.

acc44's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback is available at each tier — up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.3% at Silver, up to 0.5% at Gold, up to 0.6% at Platinum, and up to 0.8% at Diamond. The process of moving up to a higher tier depends on your activity and participation on the platform.

The security of your acc44 account is entirely your responsibility. Use a strong and unique password and do not share it with anyone. If you forget your login details or suspect they have been compromised, contact customer support immediately. You are personally responsible for all activity carried out from your account.

acc44 may suspend or cancel an account in any of the following situations:

• Violation of these Terms
• Suspicion of cheating or fraud
• Providing a false identity or age
• Operating multiple accounts
• Exploiting system errors or bugs
• Suspicion of money laundering activity

You may permanently or temporarily close your acc44 account at any time by contacting customer support. Please withdraw any available balance before closing your account. We support this option as part of responsible gaming.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on acc44:

• Any form of cheating, hacking, or use of software tools that affect natural gameplay
• Abuse of the bonus system, such as betting strategically for the sole purpose of earning bonuses ("bonus hunting")
• Attempting unauthorised access to another member's account
• Deliberately exploiting any technical error or bug on the platform
• Money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity

In the event of incorrect results or unexpected payouts caused by a technical issue or system failure, acc44 reserves the right to cancel the relevant bets or transactions and make appropriate corrections. In such cases, the member's original deposit will be returned, but earnings arising from the error are not payable.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions shall continue in full effect. The invalidity of one provision shall not affect the validity of the others.

These Terms, together with acc44's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between acc44 and the member.
